Acceptance of Terms

By using the website acd.awsugmum.in (the “Event Website”) created and managed by Individuals of the AWS User Group Mumbai (referred to as “Organizers” or “we”) and powered by the NeoFlock platform, owned by Ecomm India Cloud IT LLP (referred to as “Technology Provider” or “TP”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Website.

  1. Event Tickets
    1. The Event Website, serves as a platform for the sale of tickets to a technology event organized by the AWS User Group Mumbai.
    2. All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only permitted if an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or as otherwise stated in the Refund Policies.
    3. TP is not liable for the content, organization, or execution of events listed on the platform. Event organizers bear sole responsibility for these aspects.
    4. The availability of tickets is subject to change, and Organizers does not guarantee the availability of specific tickets at any given time.
    5. Tickets are non-transferable. Only the person whose name is on the ticket will be allowed into the venue.
  2. User Accounts
    1. Users must create an account to purchase tickets and access certain features on the Event Website. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
    2. Users are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under their account. Organizers or TP is not liable for any unauthorized use of accounts.
    3. Organizers reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
    4. Information stored and processed on the website follows the guidelines listed in the Privacy Policy.
  3. Payment and Fees
    1. Payment for event tickets must be made through the payment methods accepted on the Event Website.
    2. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Organizers is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by payment processors.
  4. Intellectual Property
    1. All content and materials on the Event Website, including logos, text, images, and software, are the property of Organizers and TP and are protected by intellectual property laws.
    2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Event Website without the express written consent of Organizers and TP.
  5. Disclaimer of Liability
    1. TP and Organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred as a result of attending an event listed on the platform.
    2. TP does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by event organizers.
    3. In no event shall TP or Organizers be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Event Website.
  6. Termination
    1. Organizers reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts and access to the Event Website at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Governing Law
    1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mumbai (Maharashtra, India). Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai (Maharashtra, India).
  8. Changes to Terms
    1. Organizers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these terms regularly.
